Hi, I’m Autumn Jones, the photographer behind Steel Rae.

I’m based in Bargersville, Indiana, and photographing people all over Central Indiana + beyond.

Families, seniors, couples, weddings, events + brands.

Real people. Real connection. Really damn good photos.

I’m a wife, a mom of four (two biological, two bonus), and currently deep in the toddler season of life… the wild, sweet, messy kind.

I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, but my journey as a photographer truly began in 2017 when I captured my best friend’s engagement. Word spread, and what started as a passion quickly became a calling.

Jesus first. Always. My faith isn't separate from the way I approach this work. It's woven into it. I want to serve people well, notice what's beautiful, and create something that feels honest and meaningful. Ultimately, I hope the work I make reflects His goodness.

My style is cinematic, true-to-color, and emotion-driven. I want skin to look like skin, colors to look like they actually did, and your gallery to still feel like you years from now.
